Jill and Carlie are the owners of this friendly little salon in Bayston Hill. Jill prides herself in knowing that they have some of the top stylists and technicians of Shrewsbury to help herself and her daughter Carlie to keep the salon a popular and happy place to be. 

Jill (a retired holistic therapist) now spends her time running the busy office whilst enjoying the grandchildren while they are small too so as much as you may not see a lot of her in the salon itself she is always on hand to answer questions with regards to anything to do with the salon if you email violetjamesboutique@hotmail.com

Carlie, has been an award winning nail technician plus beauty therapist and piercer since 1999 and has competed in nail competitions to up her game within the industry and now has more than 10 trophies under her belt. Nails is Carlie's "thing" and so in 2013 she completed a teaching course where she provides training for Nails and Beauty. Carlie works a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the salon and although her nail extensions diary is now closed for regulars she offers the wide range of beauty treatments in her spaces with an added love for lash lifts and henna brows as well as bridal bespoke wedding nails and Belly Button and Ear Cartilage piercings.

Sarah is the salons hair stylist, she works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday offering all aspects of hair dressing plus she is a dab hand at lash & brow tinting, waxing, and ear & nose piercing when she manages time to fit them in between her super busy hair dressing clientele. Sarah completed her hair dressing in 1996 and bookings with Sarah are recommended to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Zowie is our Nail technician and works a Tuesday and Wednesday, she has been qualified since 2014 but has on going in house training with Carlie. Zowie also performs IBX and BIAB and is hot on pedicures and gel polishing being her fave treatments with her large clientele booking for these regularly.

In the salon we offer, hair colouring, cutting, perming, hair up, gents & childrens hair dressing. Gel, Biab, Acrylic and Acrygel nails, nail art, gel polish, IBX, BIAB, pedicure, hand treatments, waxing, brow and lash tinting, brow shaping, design & define (our high definition brow treatment) lash lifting, henna brows, brow lamination, facials, cluster lashes, make up, weddings and more, and new to our treatment list is Ear lobe, cartilage, navel and nose piercing . We offer loyalty schemes, over 65's prices, free parking and gift vouchers.
